Queues
A producer puts a short message on a Cloudflare queue together with the date it was queued. A consumer picks the message up in a separate invocation and writes the text plus the processed date to KV.

Put a message on the queue
Up to 16 characters. The producer adds the UTC date and time it was queued, and the queue hands the message to the consumer.
